I started painting for craft shows, figuring things out as I went, learning what sold and what didn’t by actually putting my work in front of customers. Over the years, I’ve sold at shows, wholesaled my designs, built an online business, and now teach thousands of women how to turn their creativity into income. The biggest challenge wasn’t learning how to paint—it was learning how to create things that people actually want to buy. That’s the piece most creatives struggle with. I overcame that by focusing on simple, repeatable designs that are cute, seasonal, and sellable… just like this Uncle Sam. What excites me most about teaching is helping you skip the years of trial and error I went through.
